We do not charge breakage deposits, preferring to take our guests on trust. We ask that you leave the cottage tidy and ready for our usual changeover clean and service. But we do reserve the right to charge you for any damage caused or the need for specialist cleaning or the replacement of any of the furnishings, beds or linen.
