From Junction 6 of the M25 go south 1/2 mile on dual carriageway to roundabout. Take first left onto the A25 signed Oxted and Westerham. After approx. three miles you will come to a second set of traffic lights at Limpsfield. Keep in left lane and go straight over the lights. Then get in to your right lane as you go up a short steep hill and at the top (300 yards after the lights) turn right to Edenbridge (B269). Go 4 miles to Edenbridge and continue straight on through (The road has now become the B2026 without turning off!) and go exactly 4 more miles to the Kent / Sussex border which is at the bottom of a long hill about half a mile beyond the turning to Cowden (which you will have hopefully ignored).
Approx. 250 yards beyond the EAST SUSSEX sign and just past the Sussex House Farm Entrance on your right, turn left up the tarmac lane, which runs up the far side of the white and tile-hung house behind the evergreen hedge - Although called Little Saxbys the house on the road front is nothing to do with me. Up the lane 300 yards - Take the second entrance into the right, then right again to go through through the 5 bar gate clearly marked “Kentview Cottage & Sussexside Stables” and drive along the short 30 yard gravel drive to the parking area. Kentview is on your right, and Sussexside Stables is directly in front of you and the front door just up the path leading around to the left hand side.
From East Grinstead - Take the A264 to Tunbridge Wells and after approximately five miles turn left by the Colestock Crossroads Caravan Garage onto the B2026 to Edenbridge. Then go about half a mile and turn right just before the first house you will come to on the right hand side that is right on the road front and which is 50 yards before the Sussex House farm entrance on the left. If you go over the border into Kent you have gone too far!
Having turned into the lane go up the hill 300 yards – mind the speed bump – then take the second entrance into the right, then right again to go through the 5 bar gate clearly marked “Kentview Cottage & Sussexside Stables” and drive along the short 30 yard gravel drive to the parking area. Kentview is on your right, Sussexside Stables is directly in front of you and the front door just up the path leading around to the left hand side.
From Tunbridge wells - Take the A264 out of Tunbridge wells, go through the village of Langton Green and approximately half a mile past the water tower turn right signed East Grinstead. Then proceed about 5 miles going through Ashhurst and on until you reach a long straight with the Colestock Crossroads Caravan Garage on your right. At the garage turn right to Edenbridge on the B2026 Then go about half a mile and turn right just before the first house you will come to on the right hand side that is right on the road front and which is 50 yards before the Sussex House farm entrance on the left. If you go over the border into Kent you have gone too far!
